Pink Parrot Systems, an Operations
Consultancy.

I work with owner-led businesses where something has become harder than it needs to be. Let me figure out what's actually causing the friction, then help build a practical way to make it work better.

You might need Pink Parrot if...

Your business is working, but running it feels harder than it should. Maybe too much still depends on you, processes have evolved without much structure, your team has developed workarounds, or growth has exposed problems that weren't noticeable when the business was smaller.

You don't need to know what the solution is, or even exactly what's wrong. That's part of what I'm here to help uncover.

Pink Parrot Systems helps small to medium-sized, owner-led businesses make the way they work simpler, more efficient, and easier to manage. Through an outside perspective and hands-on operational support, I look at the processes, systems, and everyday challenges that can hold a business back. From identifying what needs to change to building practical solutions and providing ongoing support, I help business owners spend less time fighting their operations and more time focused on running their business.

  • A minimalistic meeting room with a large wooden table, cushioned chairs, a table lamp, and a black vase with a branch, near a window.

    Experience at Every Level

I look at the business from the perspective of both the people leading it and the people doing the work every day.

  • A beige desk with a closed gray tablet, a silver pen on a beige notebook, and a small blue vase, with a background of a bookshelf and beige curtains.

    Fresh Perspective

Sometimes the hardest problems to see are the ones you've been working around for years. I bring an outside perspective without assuming I already know the answer.

    Hands-On Approach

Solutions have to work in the real world, not just on paper. I take the time to understand how your business actually operates before recommending how it should change.

Problems I've Helped Solve

Different businesses. Different problems. These are a few of the company-wide processes I've redesigned or improved by looking at what wasn't working, understanding why, and finding a practical way to make it work better.

Customers were waiting too long for claim payments

Customer complaints about slow claim payments revealed a gap in the intake process. I redesigned the call sheet to capture more upfront information, reducing back-and-forth and, in many cases, cut weeks off the customer's wait for payment.

Order entry creating unnecessary work

An inefficient order-entry process was reworked to reduce paperwork, manual labor, errors, and operating costs.

Inventory needed a better system

I reworked an inventory system and implemented barcode scanning for pick lists, creating a more organized and efficient way to manage inventory and the picking process.

Making business data useful

Created tools and educated clients on using historical data and pivot-table analysis to identify patterns and forecast expected business, then considered economic conditions and external factors to build a more realistic picture of what the coming year could look like.

You don’t have to figure it all out before you call me.

Bring me the problem you can’t quite put your finger on, the process that’s driving you crazy, or the task that keeps falling to the bottom of your list. We’ll figure out what’s really going on, where the biggest opportunity is, and what you can do about it.
