My approach to business wasn't built in a classroom. It was shaped by years of working inside businesses at nearly every level… From doing the work and serving customers to managing complex accounts, improving processes, and building businesses of my own.
That experience gave me the opportunity to see how differently a business can look depending on where you're standing. The owner, the customer, and the person doing the work each see something the others may not.
When I work with a business, I bring those perspectives together. I listen, ask questions, and learn how the work actually happens before deciding what needs to change.

A bottleneck in one area may have been created three steps earlier. A recurring mistake may point to a process that leaves too much room for interpretation. A customer issue may begin with an internal handoff the customer never sees.
I know how to follow those problems beyond where they first appear, ask the questions that expose what's happening underneath them, and recognize when seemingly separate issues are actually connected.
The goal isn't just to solve what's happening today. It's to understand why it keeps happening.

What’s the deal with the Pink Parrot?
I’ve always been fascinated by parrots and the perspective they have on the world. From above, the landscape looks different. You can see how things connect, where paths lead, and what might be difficult to recognize from the ground.
That idea has always resonated with the way I think. I naturally look beyond what’s immediately in front of me to understand how the pieces fit together.
I question why things work the way they do, notice patterns, and look for possibilities that aren’t always obvious when you’re in the middle of them.
The pink parrot represents that perspective. It’s unexpected, distinctive, and a reminder that seeing something differently can sometimes be exactly what’s needed.
